All our items are carefully packed at our Chester warehouse and will arrive securely and discreetly in plain wrapping with no mention of what products are contained inside. The order will either arrive in a plain padded envelope or box dependant on the size of products ordered. The photo below shows both variants:-

For Europe and Worldwide we use a NEXT DAY COURIER or INTERNATIONAL POST with full tracking facility. Depending on your location, size and weight of your parcel, we will choose which is best for you. Delivery times to the EU are 3-5 day's, the rest of the world inc Asia, Asia-Pacific and Nth America delivery times 7-10 day's.
