How do I pay? 

You can pay online through the site, which is the quickest method, by phone using your debit or credit card or by post with a cheque or postal order made payable to Multiplex Media Ltd. For large orders placed outside of the UK we require a bank transfer of the balance before we can despatch goods. Our bank details are available in our HOW TO ORDER section

Is VAT included in your price?
All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%.

Are there any hidden costs when buying from JoJoPinks?
No, there are no hidden costs, you only pay for the item and for delivery - nothing more, nothing less.

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo

Your purchased goods will be dispatched once the cheque/PO has cleared, usually after 7 - 10 working days.

Do you really need my phone number when placing the order?
We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order or payment. Sometimes there maybe an issue with delivery, If no telephone number is provided the delivery of your order maybe delayed if we cannot contact you immediately.

We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service and offer Recorded Delivery, Next day Special Delivery and Next day before 9am, both of these services requires a signature and additional payment. (Free over amounts listed above) 

We ship outside the UK for a starting rate of £10.00 to Europe and £15 Rest of the World. (Can increase dependant upon weight) sent by International Post or UPS couriers dependant upon the size and destination. We also use UPS couriers for larger UK orders subject to weight, this is down to our discretion. We can ship to any preferred address be it work or home, just let us know where.

Recorded Delivery Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same day and usually delivered in most cases within 24hr. Orders placed on Friday before 4pm will be delivered by 13.00 on Saturday or Monday, orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday.

Next day orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm will be sent out the next working day. We do not despatch on the weekend.

Packaging is of course discreet, we pack in plain padded envelopes with just your name and address showing.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?

Yes, UPS require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.  If you want standard post without a signature we can arrange for our warehouse to do so but in doing this you waive the right to compensation if the order is undelivered, lost or stolen. Please contact us by email to arrange this. 

What if I am unable to be at home when UPS or Royal Mail attempts delivery?
The courier will leave a calling card so you can arrange redelivery (at a convenient time for you), or alternatively they will return the following day to try and deliver again.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?

Please contact us straight away by email info@jojopinks.com or call us 08445 445 408 and we will get to the bottom of the issue.

Are all your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 percent genuine and sourced direct from original manufacturers, they arrive sealed and fully packaged.

Do you ever run out of popular products?
On the odd occasion yes. In the unlikely event that your particular item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order! We carry all stock listed in our site in large quantities.

What is your returns policy?

All products purchased through the JoJoPinks website are covered by our 14 day no hassle guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. We do not refund on used or opened items but in certain circumstances we are happy to give a credit towards other products on the site or within other companies that fall under Multiplex Media but this is down to the managements discretion. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Do you have a security policy?

JoJoPinks is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your peace of mind and protection.


Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited e email/post?

JoJoPinks do not tolerate spam, and do not share any details with outside agencies and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

No, JoJoPinks is an online store only. We source our products from all over the world, which besides keeping us very busy, allows us to bring you the finest quality products at the most competitive prices. Having a physical shop would increase our costs dramatically, meaning that we wouldn't be able to pass on great savings to you!

How should I use the product?

All instructions vary for each product, these instructions are written underneath the description of each product. If you are still unsure please contact customer care team.

Should I use this product if I am taking medication?

You should always consult your doctor before taking anything which may affect your medication.
