Here at JoJo Pinks we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, that's why we have one of the best returns policy's on line. Allowing you to buy with total confidence.

If for any reason you don't like your purchase, you can return it to us up to 30 days after you placed the order. Try and use as much of the original packaging as possible, including any dispatch notes or bar-codes. All we ask is you cover the cost of the return postage, preferably recorded so you have proof of posting. If the item is faulty, we will contact you with a FREE POST label to use.

Lingerie/ Hosiery Returns

Try on your new lingerie/Hosiery and make sure it fit's and you are 100% happy. All we ask is you keep a pair of knickers on! If you are not happy, then just return it to us at the address below.
